Who is the host?
Sarah Grant is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Intuitive Eating Counsellor, who runs her own clinic, Gut Reaction, based in Warwickshire UK, and online.
Sarah has more than ten years’ experience helping people reducing the stress around food, resetting eating habits and also provides nutrition related services to support corporate wellbeing programmes.

A live talk with registered Nutritionist Sarah Grant exploring the potential for sustainable eating habit change within the workplace.
